The 2021 Porsche Carrera Cup France official test days went on in the amazing venue of Magny-Cours the 7th and 8th of April; Enrico Fulgenzi Racing was there and started testing the new 992 GT3 Cup Cars ahead of the 2021 campaign.

It all started on March 31st, when Enrico Fulgenzi Racing retired the brand new couple of 992 GT3 Cup cars at the Oreca headquarters in Magny-Cours; the team then had plenty of time to learn and install all the components on the new cars, which touched the ground for the fist time on the 7th of April.

Gabriele Marotta went on track first, driving the #18, as the team owner Enrico Fulgenzi followed him a couple of minutes later on the #17.

The fist day of testing has been stunning: a lot of improvements on both the cars with setups, aerodynamics, driving techniques and track development, and we ended the day with The Dobermann standing P1 overall by margin, and Marotta standing P4 in the AM class afer an impressive improvement of 2,7 seconds per lap during the fist leg.

On day two all the team focused more on the long-runs and race pace: it has been all about adjustements and keeping the pace over the race lenght for Fulgenzi, who scored a solid P4 at the end of the day.
Marotta also brought a lot of laps in his pocket, he kept improving his pace and closed the day in P4 of the AM class.

Both the drivers claimed nice trust with the car during these two days of testing, and they both have a strong package coming to the fist race of  Carrera Cup France, which will be in one month time (7-8th of may) in Magny-Cours.
